This USA made full zip waterproof jacket can be worn all year long, inside, outside and in any situation. It is light weight and has a new cut that fits great. It has a tough shell that is both wind and waterproof, a thin polyester fleece lines the inside and is bonded to the outer shell so it is super comfortable to wear and retains body heat.
